What this site keeps about you, why it keeps it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated October 14, 2026

The short version

We keep what you type into a form on this site, and what signing you in requires. Nothing is sold, nothing is handed to advertisers, and there is no tracker on this site building a picture of you.

What we keep

Only what one of the things this site does actually needs:

  • What you write in the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, what your message is about, its subject, the message itself, and the language you wrote it in, so we can answer in the same one.
  • Your account, if you make one: your email address, your name once you give it or Google shares it, and whether you signed in with Google. There is no password. A sign-in code is kept only until it is used or expires, scrambled so that we cannot read it back.
  • If you are a student: your phone number, your date of birth, and your situation - whether you are studying, just finished, working or taking a year, and what and where you study. The founders use them to call you and to know where you are starting from.
  • What a login session carries: the address your browser connected from and which browser it was. That is what lets us end a session, and what shows one account being used from somewhere it should not be.

Why we keep it

To answer you, to sign you in, and to run the selection the trainings depend on. None of it is used for advertising, and none of it is passed to anyone who wants to sell you something.

Who else sees it

The site runs on services that hold the data on our behalf, and nobody else. They may keep it outside the country:

  • Vercel, which hosts the site.
  • Prisma Postgres, which holds the database, on servers in the United States.
  • Cloudflare, which stores the pictures shown on the site, such as a workshop's.
  • Resend, which sends the site's emails: sign-in codes, a confirmation when you apply, the answer to an application, and a workshop's details or its cancellation.
  • Google, and only if you choose the Google button. It tells us your name, your email address and your profile picture.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is still doing the job it was given for. Login sessions expire on their own. Ask us to delete your account and what is attached to it, and we will.

Cookies

Two, and both of them do a job you asked for: one remembers which language you chose, and one keeps you signed in once you have signed in. There is no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie on this site, which is why you have never been shown a consent banner here.

What you can ask for

Write to us and ask. You do not need a reason, and asking costs you nothing:

  • A copy of what we hold about you.
  • A correction, if something is wrong.
  • Deletion of your account and everything attached to it.
  • That we stop using it, while you decide.

If you are under 18

Applying at 17 is normal here. If you are under 18, go through it with a parent or guardian: they are the ones agreeing to it, and they can ask for anything above on your behalf.

If this page changes

The date at the top changes with it. If the change is one that matters, if we start doing something with your details that this page does not already say, we tell the people it affects rather than leaving it to a date nobody checks.

Asking us something

Write through the contact page and say what you want. One of the two founders reads it.
