Terms of Service

What you can expect from Progenzy, and what Progenzy expects from you.

Last updated October 12, 2026

Who you are dealing with

Progenzy is a training centre run by its two founders. This site is where you read about the trainings, apply to one, and follow what happens to your application. Using it means these terms apply to you.

An application is not a place

Anyone can apply, and applying costs nothing. We read the form, we call you, and one of the founders decides. If the answer is no, you are told. If the intake is simply full, you are told that instead, and it is a statement about the number of seats rather than about you.

Your account

You apply from your own account, and it is where you follow the application afterwards. Use your real name and an address you actually read and nobody else can, since the codes that open your account arrive there, and expect anything done from your account to be treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is in it.

The price

Each training has its own price for each format, hybrid or online, paid once and shown on the training's page. Nothing is added later: no registration fee, no materials to buy from us. If a price changes, the new one applies to intakes that have not opened yet, never to a seat you already hold.

What we commit to

For as long as you hold a seat:

  • Four taught sessions a week: two in person and two online in the hybrid format, all four online in the online format.
  • An intake whose dates are fixed before it starts, so you know the schedule before you commit to it.
  • The common core in every training: professional communication, working with clients, remote collaboration, and managing your work.
  • Support that carries on after the last session, on applications, tests, and the openings you decide to go after.

What we do not promise

We prepare you for the work and we help you go after it. We do not promise a job, an internship or a client, and nobody at Progenzy can make an employer's decision for them. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not speaking for us.

How you are expected to behave

The Code of Conduct is part of these terms, and it holds in the room, in the online sessions, and in every group chat with Progenzy's name on it. Breaking it can end your place on a training.

If a training changes

Schedules move sometimes: someone is ill, a session is rearranged, a room falls through. We tell you as early as we can and make the time up. If we ever cancel an intake outright, everyone who paid for it is paid back in full.

If you stop

Tell us rather than disappearing. What happens next depends on when you stop and how much of the training has already run, and it is a conversation with the founders rather than a form.

The site, and your work

The text, the design and the mark on this site are Progenzy's. What you make during a training is yours: we ask before showing it anywhere, and you can say no.

If these terms change

The date at the top changes with them, and anyone holding a seat is told directly rather than left to notice. A change never applies backwards to a training already running.

Reaching us

Through the contact page. One of the two founders reads it, and answers by email.
